Start with the hardest domain, not the easiest
We chose finance deliberately. If you can make agentic AI trustworthy here, you can make it trustworthy anywhere.
Write things down
Decisions, reasoning, context, assumptions. A decision that exists only in someone's head or a Slack thread hasn't happened yet. Good writing is a core skill here.
Early and honest beats late and polished
Surface things early. Invite real feedback. Update fast. This applies to code, design, copy, and product direction.
